2018年11月14日，日本朝日新闻社在其新闻电子版页上登载了现作为无锡外国语学校国际课程中心7B班的富井惺怜同学的专访，因其用孩子们自己的方式和语言，翻译了日本儿童读物————《令人惋惜的生物辞典》。
惺怜原本是为了完成作业而开始人气系列丛书《令人惋惜的生物辞典》的中文翻译，却因为同学们一起参与话题讨论而一发不可收拾。她不但精心筛选当下中国孩子们特有的惯用语言，还使用拟人手法自己绘画有趣的插图。目标是完成实现整套丛书的中文翻译，跟更多的小伙伴分享了解生物的乐趣。丛书监修者著名动物学家今泉忠明先生本人看过之后，也是表示由衷的高兴、非常敬佩感叹并且高度评价了翻译文以及插图的整体水平和完成度。
其中尤其得到今泉先生高度赞扬的是，惺怜翻译动物名称的方法，先查找英文或拉丁文的正式学名，再核对检证相对应的中文名称，细致到包括动物叫声特征的贴切描绘，跟专家们做文献研究考察的时候所使用的方法是一样的！看上去简短的几个字，事实上经常会花费大量的时间和精力。这需要不断提高理解能力并且具备严谨的态度与极大的耐性。能够坚持下去，非常的难能可贵！
朝日新闻作为日本第二大新闻媒体，以罕见的篇幅具体报道了惺怜做中文翻译的原因，以及分享翻译文章后学校同学朋友们的反应。希望丛书能够不辜负孩子们的热情期盼，作为中日孩子们的友谊桥梁尽快以中文版形式出现在孩子们的面前。专访登载后，当日短短几个小时截止中午12点左右，已有日本全国各地约7.5万读者为孩子们点赞。
On November 14, 2018, Asahi News Agency of Japan posted an interview on its news electronic page about Fujing Xinglian, a junior high school student in the International Department of Wuxi Foreign Languages School, who translated "The Regretful Dictionary of Biology" in Chinese in her own way.
At first, Xinglian only aimed to complete the homework and started the Chinese translation of the popular series "The regrettable biology dictionary", but her classmates participated in the discussion together, which encouraged her a lot. She not only carefully screened the idiomatic language of Chinese children, but also used the anthropomorphic method to draw interesting illustrations by herself. Her goal is to complete the Chinese translation of the whole series and share the joy of learning biology with more partners. After reading the book, Mr. Jung Ming Jin, a famous zoologist, expressed his joy and highly praised the completeness of the translated text and illustrations.
Also, Mr. Jinquan highly praised the method of translating animal names. First, Xinglian searched for the official scientific names in English or Latin, then she checked the corresponding Chinese names, and carefully described the characteristics of animal sound, which was the same as the methods used by experts in literature research ! In fact, it took her a lot of time and energy. This requires continuous improvement in understanding, rigorous attitude and great patience.
As the second largest news media in Japan, Asahi News devoted much space to report reasons why Xinglian did the translation and the reactions of school students as well as her friends after sharing the translated articles. Hope that the series can live up to the children's expectations, build a bridge of friendship between Chinese and Japanese children and will be published in the Chinese version as soon as possible. After the interview was published, about 75,000 readers from all over Japan gave likes just a few hours before noon.
