快乐的暑假伴着秋雨过后的凉爽结束了，万物有灵，自然有序，新学年新学期如约而至！2019年9月3日，无锡外国语学校双语部小学举办了一次既隆重又别开生面的开学典礼。
Happy summer vacation ended with the cool of the autumn rain, all things have spirit and natural order, the new semester comes as promised!On September 3, 2019, the bilingual primary school of Wuxi Foreign Language School held an unforgettable opening ceremony.
首先，全体师生以热烈的掌声欢迎新学生的到来，希望新生们能在这个大集体中感受到学校的温暖，并早日融入新集体。
First of all, all the teachers and students welcame the new students with warm applause, hoping that the new students can feel the warmth of the school in this big group, and integrate into the new group as soon as possible.
在典礼上，刘校长对全体师生进行了热情洋溢的致辞，希望同学们在新的学期里，勇于面对困难，同时面对挫折失败不气馁；树立自己新学期的梦想，享受追梦的快乐；最后希望孩子们能在学习前进的道路上策马扬鞭，成为一个内心丰盈的人。
At the ceremony, President Liu made a passionate speech to all the teachers and students, hoping that students in the new semester have the courage to face difficulties, and don’t be discouraged in the face of setbacks. 随后，学生代表发出倡议，希望同学们从热爱学校，尊敬师长，孝敬父母做起，进而热爱祖国，热爱人民，做一个有益社会发展的人，做一个仪表大方，情趣高尚的阳光学生。
Afterwards, the student representative proposed,as a student,we should love the school, respect the teacher, show filial obedienceto our parents, and then love the motherland, love the people, be a beneficial social development person and a sunshine student.
典礼上表彰了符合学习者培养目标的学生和学年成绩优异的学生，在新学年伊始，为孩子们树立良好的榜样和学习的目标，鼓舞、激励学生以更好的面貌投入到新学期的学习生活中。
At the ceremony, students who meet the learner profile and the students with excellent academic year performance were commended. At the beginning of the new academic year, they set good examples for schoolmates, and encouraged students to devote themselves to the new semester.
最后，双语部的老师们为孩子们准备了别出心裁的开学礼——幸运饼干，每一块幸运饼干中都包含了一句老师们对孩子们新学期的寄语。孩子们也将自己对新学期的展望写在了彩色手环上，由班主任和学生一起，将这些美好的愿望串联在一起，时刻提醒着孩子们要朝着目标前行。
Finally, bilingual teachers prepared gifts to the children——Fortune cookies. Each cookie contains the best wishes. The children also wrote on the the color bracelets with their whishes for the new term. Then they bunched these bracelets together, and hoped to remaid the children to move towards their goals.
通过此次“充满仪式感”的开学典礼，孩子们纷纷表示在新的学期一定牢记老师们的嘱托，努力成为一个勤学好问、知识渊博、富有爱心的全面发展的学生。
